Marketing Strategy &amp; Campaign Execution<ul><li>Design and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital, print, OOH, and influencer channels.</li><li>Collaborate with creative agencies and media partners to ensure campaign consistency and innovation.</li><li>Optimize campaign performance based on lead quality, engagement, and ROI metrics.</li></ul>4. Budgeting &amp; ROI Monitoring<ul><li>Plan and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring effective utilization and cost control.</li><li>Monitor spending against KPIs and make timely adjustments to improve efficiency and impact.</li></ul>5. Product Promotion &amp; Lead Generation<ul><li>Promote project-specific USPs through targeted marketing strategies.</li><li>Drive high-quality lead generation and nurturing funnels using CRM tools and automation.</li><li>Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead-to-booking conversion rates.</li></ul>6. Customer Engagement &amp; Experience<ul><li>Enhance pre-sales customer experience through interactive digital content, events, and relationship management.</li><li>Implement surveys and feedback mechanisms to assess engagement levels and make improvements.</li></ul>7.
