Job Summary:The Site Supervisor in real estate is responsible for overseeing the construction and development of residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties. The role ensures that projects are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to quality and regulatory standards. The supervisor acts as the key on-site liaison between contractors, vendors, and the project management team.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Project Oversight:</li><li>Supervise daily on-site activities for real estate development projects.</li><li>Ensure construction progress aligns with project timelines and milestones.</li><li>Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams.</li><li>Quality Control:</li><li>Monitor workmanship and adherence to design specifications and architectural plans.</li><li>Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and company standards.</li><li>Identify defects or deviations and ensure timely corrective action.</li><li>Safety &amp; Compliance:</li><li>Enforce safety regulations and occupational health standards on-site.</li><li>Ensure compliance with local construction laws, environmental regulations, and zoning requirements.</li><li>Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments.</li><li>Resource &amp; Team Management:</li><li>Supervise site workers, subcontractors, and temporary labor.</li><li>Assign tasks, monitor performance, and resolve conflicts.</li><li>Maintain inventory of construction materials and coordinate deliveries.</li><li>Documentation &amp; Reporting:</li><li>Maintain daily site reports, progress updates, and incident logs.</li><li>Liaise with project managers, clients, and consultants regarding project status.</li><li>Prepare reports on delays, resource usage, and potential risks.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
