Site Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Site Supervisor in real estate is responsible for overseeing the construction and development of residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties. The role ensures that projects are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to quality and regulatory standards. The supervisor acts as the key on-site liaison between contractors, vendors, and the project management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Oversight:
  • Supervise daily on-site activities for real estate development projects.
  • Ensure construction progress aligns with project timelines and milestones.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Quality Control:
  • Monitor workmanship and adherence to design specifications and architectural plans.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and company standards.
  • Identify defects or deviations and ensure timely corrective action.
  • Safety & Compliance:
  • Enforce safety regulations and occupational health standards on-site.
  • Ensure compliance with local construction laws, environmental regulations, and zoning requirements.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments.
  • Resource & Team Management:
  • Supervise site workers, subcontractors, and temporary labor.
  • Assign tasks, monitor performance, and resolve conflicts.
  • Maintain inventory of construction materials and coordinate deliveries.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
  • Maintain daily site reports, progress updates, and incident logs.
  • Liaise with project managers, clients, and consultants regarding project status.
  • Prepare reports on delays, resource usage, and potential risks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
