Responsible for coordinating day-to-day civil maintenance activities to ensure buildings and facilities are maintained in safe, functional, and presentable condition.
Core Responsibilities:

Coordinates day-to-day facilities operations, maintenance, and services across the site.

Supervises civil maintenance works including masonry, carpentry, painting, tiling, waterproofing, and minor structural repairs.

Plans, implements, and monitors preventive and corrective maintenance for all facility systems, equipment, fixtures, and fittings.

Leads and manage technicians, FM staff, and contractors to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.

Assists the line manager in overseeing daily operations and monitoring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with contractors and service providers.

Supports procurement activities, including sourcing, cost control, spare parts, consumables, and inventory management.

Supervises civil maintenance services, ensuring adherence to schedules, quality standards, attendance, and performance expectations.

Prepares and manage civil maintenance schedules (daily, weekly, monthly) and maintain adequate stock and quality of materials and spare parts.

Supervises subcontractors and tenant fit-out contractors, ensuring quality, safety, and timely job completion.

Updates checklists and ensure compliance with approved procedures, safety standards, and OEM guidelines.

Prepares civil maintenance and work progress reports and coordinate operational updates with management.

Performs any other duties assigned by the line manager.
Requirements:

An advanced diploma with equivalent professional experience.

Good communication skills in English (written and spoken).
-
Arabic language skills (written and spoken) are preferred.

Minimum 7–10 years of experience in facilities management or building maintenance.
