Responsible for coordinating day-to-day maintenance and operations of facilities, including overseeing the operation, maintenance, and repair of all mechanical systems to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted services.
Core Responsibilities:

Coordinates day-to-day facilities operations, maintenance, and services across the site.

Investigate and respond to equipment faults and breakdowns; coordinate and supervise contractors as needed.

Plans, implements, and monitors preventive and corrective maintenance for all facility systems, equipment, fixtures, and fittings.

Supervises maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, pumps, and other mechanical systems.

Leads and manage mechanical technicians, FM staff, and contractors to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.

Assists the line manager in overseeing daily operations and monitoring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with contractors and service providers.

Supports procurement activities, including sourcing, cost control, spare parts, consumables, and inventory management.

Supervises maintenance services, ensuring adherence to schedules, standards, attendance, and performance expectations.

Prepares and manages maintenance schedules (daily, weekly, and monthly) and maintain adequate stock and quality of spare parts and materials.

Updates checklists and ensure compliance with approved procedures and standards.

Ensure compliance with HSE policies, statutory regulations, and OEM guidelines.

Prepares maintenance reports and coordinate operational updates with management.

Performs any other duties assigned by the line manager.

Supervises the job completion, ensure the quality, and oversee the general operations of all subcontractors and tenant fit out contractors

Requirements:

An advanced diploma with equivalent professional experience.

Minimum 7–10 years of experience in facilities management or building maintenance.

Experience supervising mechanical systems, technicians, and contractors is preferred.

Good communication skills in English (written and spoken).

Arabic language skills (written and spoken) are preferred.

Strong knowledge of HVAC and mechanical systems.
