Cluster Manager - Thatta (Male)

Male resident of Makli / Thatta will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Facility & Asset Management

  • Ensure all schools within the cluster are functional, safe, and well-maintained.
  • Oversee utility management (electricity, water, internet, etc.) and timely issue resolution.
  • Maintain inventory and ensure assets are tracked, tagged, and maintained as per policy.

2. Logistics & Supplies

  • Ensure timely delivery and availability of supplies, equipment, and services across all cluster sites.
  • Coordinate with central procurement and warehouse teams for supply chain efficiency.
  • Monitor fuel, stationery, and other operational consumables, maintaining usage logs.

3. Administrative Support

  • Maintain operational records and documentation at the cluster level.
  • Ensure compliance with administrative protocols, SOPs, and record-keeping standards.
  • Support field teams with logistical arrangements (e.g., transport, setup, materials).

4. Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure implementation of health, safety, and security standards at all cluster locations.
  • Conduct regular operational risk assessments and escalate concerns where needed.
  • Support incident reporting and resolution in coordination with security focal points.

5. Supervision & Coordination

  • Supervise site-level support staff (e.g., guards, drivers, office assistants) and ensure accountability.
  • Coordinate closely with program and HR teams for aligned support while maintaining a purely operational role.
  • Report cluster-level operational challenges and progress to the Regional Operations Manager.

6. Community Relations

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with local communities, landlords, and stakeholders to support uninterrupted operations.
  • Represent the organization in operational matters at the community level when needed.
  • Help resolve basic community-level operational concerns or escalate as appropriate.
