Civil Forman

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead site workers and subcontractors in carrying out civil works such as excavation, shuttering, concreting, masonry, plastering, and finishing.
• Interpret construction drawings, layout plans, and work schedules to guide on-site activities.
• Ensure all work is executed according to approved plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor work progress and provide daily updates to engineers or the site manager.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment to meet project targets.
• Inspect the worksite to ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality requirements.
• Identify and report any site issues or discrepancies to the site engineer.
• Ensure proper usage and minimal wastage of materials and resources.
• Maintain records of daily activities, labour attendance, and materials used.
• Train and mentor workers, promoting adherence to site rules and HSE guidelines.
• Assist in preparing the site for inspections and handovers.
