General Manager

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline., Minimum 10–15 years of experience in construction, including senior management roles. Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts (FIDIC preferred), and project controls. Proven experience managing multiple projects and large teams. Strong financial, commercial, and negotiation skills. Excellent leadership and decision-making abilities, Experience in GCC / Oman construction projects. Knowledge of government, PDO, or infrastructure projects. Familiarity with planning and cost control tools (Primavera, MS Project, etc.).
