IT & Digitalization Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• IT Governance: Develop IT policies, manage the IT budget, and ensure compliance with Oman Vision 2040 and local regulations.
• Vendor Management: Oversee the IT Strategic Partner, tracking SLAs (99.9% uptime) and KPIs as per the RASCI matrix.
• Project Stewardship: Lead the implementation of ERP (Dynamics BC) and other digital transformation initiatives.
• Risk Management: Act as the primary custodian for IT business continuity and disaster recovery plans.

Key Skill Sets:

• Strategy: IT Roadmap development & Budgeting.
• Frameworks: COBIT, ITIL, or ISO 27001.
• Leadership: Experience managing 3rd party service providers.
• Technical: High-level knowledge of Microsoft Cloud and Cybersecurity stacks.
• Experience: 10+ years preferred
• Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in computer science or relevant field
