About the Role

Mobile Tyre Surgeon is a UK-based company providing on-demand mobile tyre services. We are looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) who can manage all digital systems and lead teams related to social media, online marketing, and technology.

This role is for someone who can control Google Ads, SEO, social media teams, content writers, and marketing tools, and make sure all digital activities work together to grow the business.

The CTO will report directly to the CEO and play a key role in business growth and digital performance.

Key Responsibilities Digital & Technology Leadership

• Plan and manage the company’s overall technology and digital marketing strategy.
• Oversee all online platforms, websites, and marketing tools.
• Ensure systems are fast, secure, and scalable.

Team Management

• Handle and monitor teams including:
• Google Ads / Paid Marketing Specialists
• SEO Specialists
• Social Media Managers
• Content Writers
• Marketing & Technical Support Staff
• Set clear KPIs, targets, and workflows for all digital teams.
• Ensure strong coordination between all social media and marketing employees.

Marketing Technology & Performance

• Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, tracking pixels, and analytics.
• Improve lead generation through SEO, paid ads, and social media.
• Use automation and AI tools to improve productivity and reporting.

Data, Security & Compliance

• Ensure data security and proper system backups.
• Maintain GDPR and UK data compliance.
• Monitor performance reports and technical risks.

Communication & Reporting

• Explain digital performance in simple terms to management.
• Support business decisions using data and analytics.
• Coordinate with UK-based stakeholders when required.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience as CTO, Head of Technology, Digital Manager, or Senior Technical Lead.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Google Ads & paid campaigns
• SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Search Console)
• Social media platforms & scheduling tools
• Website management (WordPress or similar)
• Analytics & reporting dashboards
• Experience managing remote teams.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Business-focused mindset with attention to ROI and growth.
