General Manager

- Support the Board in implementing strategic goals and ensuring operational alignment with budgets and policies.

- Proven leadership, problem-solving, and ability to inspire and manage cross-functional teams.

- Lead and oversee real estate rental, leasing, and sales operations, driving occupancy, revenue growth, and market positioning across residential and commercial assets.

- Develop and implement sales, leasing, pricing, and marketing strategies in line with approved budgets and ownership expectations.

- Oversee tenant relations, customer experience, renewals, contract closures, and coordination with property and facility management teams.

- Support the Board and ownership in real estate development initiatives, including feasibility reviews, investment evaluations, planning, and approvals.

- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and statutory authorities to support efficient project execution and compliance.

- Provide oversight and strategic support for hospitality / hotel assets, including performance monitoring, operator coordination, and improvement initiatives.

- Lead and manage cross-functional teams across real estate operations, development support, and hospitality coordination.

- Operate effectively within a family-business structure, maintaining confidentiality, trust, and close alignment with shareholders and senior stakeholders.

- Senior management experience in real estate sector.

- Having experience of managing group companies, and Family group business.

Being an energetic, dynamic and enthusiastic leader with demonstrable experience of driving change.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RO2,000.000 - RO5,000.000 per month
