. Perform a high quality and welds structural steel components using SMAW, GMAW, and FCAW processes per AWS D1.1 standards.. Interpret and follow blueprints, welding symbols, and shop drawings per AWS D1.1 standards.. Inspect and verify welds for compliance with AWS D1.1 specifications.. Operate welding equipment, grinders, and cutting tools safely and efficiently.. Conduct visual and mechanical inspections to ensure weld integrity and compliance.. Collaborate with fabrication teams to meet production deadlines and uphold safety protocols.. Follow all OSHA and company safety protocols.. Support a culture of restoration, accountability, and continuous improvement.Job Type: Full-timePay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekWork Location: In person
