Structural Steel Shop Welder (AWS D1.1 Certified)

. Perform a high quality and welds structural steel components using SMAW, GMAW, and FCAW processes per AWS D1.1 standards.

. Interpret and follow blueprints, welding symbols, and shop drawings per AWS D1.1 standards.

. Inspect and verify welds for compliance with AWS D1.1 specifications.

. Operate welding equipment, grinders, and cutting tools safely and efficiently.

. Conduct visual and mechanical inspections to ensure weld integrity and compliance.

. Collaborate with fabrication teams to meet production deadlines and uphold safety protocols.

. Follow all OSHA and company safety protocols.

. Support a culture of restoration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
