 Overview
 
 
 We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced General Ledger Accountant to join our accounting team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and managing the company's general ledger, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial transactions
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform daily/weekly/monthly journal entries, accruals, and provisions as required
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze and investigate discrepancies in the general ledger, identifying and correcting errors
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory (FRA &amp; CBE) requirements, and company policies
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain documentation and support for financial transactions and account balances
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform month-end and year-end close procedures, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide financial analysis and support to management, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement

 </ul>
 Required Qualifications:
 
 
 Education:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor of Business Administration, Accounting or any relevant field
 </li>
 <li>
 Professional certification (CPA, CMA, or equivalent) is a plus
 
 
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Skills:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks)
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

 Experience:

 4 -6 years of experience as a General Ledger Accountant or similar role
 </li>

 Overview
 
 
 Seeking a highly organized Supply Chain Lead to manage end-to-end logistics, procurement, and distribution. This role oversees stock management, ensures timely deliveries, and maintains operational readiness. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams and external partners, monitoring delivery partner SLAs, tracking success rates, addressing complaints, overseeing KYC collection for audits, and analyzing RTO cases to boost delivery efficiency.
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Manage and optimize the end-to-end distribution process from suppliers to final delivery points
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee inventory planning, stock levels, and replenishment to ensure consistent availability
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with logistics and delivery partners, monitor SLAs, and drive improvements in delivery performance
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare regular operational reports including delivery success rates, delays, and customer-related escalations
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and analyze return-to-origin (RTO) cases to identify trends and enhance delivery efficiency
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage the flow of documents and materials between field operations, internal teams, and audit functions
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational readiness for on- ground activities and events
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead procurement planning, including vendor sourcing, price negotiation, and ensuring cost-effective purchasing decisions
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee the full procurement cycle, ensuring timely purchase orders, supplier performance management, and compliance with internal policies

 Required Qualifications
 
 
 Education:
 
 
 Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
 
 
 Skills:

 Excellent communication and leadership abilities to manage cross-functional teams

 Experience:

 4 years of experience in Operations roles, preferably on logistics or supply chain
