Overview
Seeking a highly organized Supply Chain Lead to manage end-to-end logistics, procurement, and distribution. This role oversees stock management, ensures timely deliveries, and maintains operational readiness. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams and external partners, monitoring delivery partner SLAs, tracking success rates, addressing complaints, overseeing KYC collection for audits, and analyzing RTO cases to boost delivery efficiency.

Responsibilities:


  • Manage and optimize the end-to-end distribution process from suppliers to final delivery points
  • Oversee inventory planning, stock levels, and replenishment to ensure consistent availability
  • Coordinate with logistics and delivery partners, monitor SLAs, and drive improvements in delivery performance
  • Prepare regular operational reports including delivery success rates, delays, and customer-related escalations
  • Monitor and analyze return-to-origin (RTO) cases to identify trends and enhance delivery efficiency
  • Manage the flow of documents and materials between field operations, internal teams, and audit functions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational readiness for on- ground activities and events
  • Lead procurement planning, including vendor sourcing, price negotiation, and ensuring cost-effective purchasing decisions
  • Oversee the full procurement cycle, ensuring timely purchase orders, supplier performance management, and compliance with internal policies




Required Qualifications
Education:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

Skills:


  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities to manage cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills




Experience:


  • 4 years of experience in Operations roles, preferably on logistics or supply chain
  • Experience with process optimization, project management, and business analysis
