Production Officer

MedNet Egypt is one of the leading managed care service organizations that caters to healthcare needs. We are looking for a skilled Product Officer to manage & improve the company operations by implementing & applying systems, processes and practices by considering international leading practices, improvement of business processes, cost reduction & productivity improvement.

Your Role:

• Verifying the contracts received from the Network Department.
• Building and maintaining of the provider data on MN+, including provider main details, billing details, …
• Receive & evaluate of all the price building request from the Network Team, including New Provider Building, Price Renewals & Service Addition.
• Evaluate all received price updates requests and their related documentation according to standardized MNE agreement & compare it with the market norm & the applied prices.
• Advice the Network Team by providing a clear overview about the variances and expected impact in MNE bottom line in relation to the claims cost.
• Support the Medical Department by providing the reasonable price range for the non-contracted services, and advice on the decision based on the market norm.
• Provide the Network Department with the most frequent non-contracted services for negotiations and contracting.
• Coding of the new procedures with the universal CPT Code & Description.
• Build and maintain system claims edit rules to ensure applying MNE policies & procedures.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in medicine, pharmacy & dentist is preferred.
• Experience in medical field.
• Experience in insurance industry or TPA/MSO.
• Industry knowledge related to local health services system.
• Very Good command of English language.
• Very Good command of Microsoft Excel.
• Analytical thinking.
• Attention to details.
• Ability to attend to tight deadlines.
