Location: Hybrid Remote/ On-Site
Employment Type: Contract 
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
ERP Management:<ul><li>
Enter and manage purchase orders, supplier data, and transactions within ERP systems (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP).</li><li>
Monitor order statuses and ensure system accuracy for pricing, lead times, and delivery schedules.</li></ul></li></ul> 
<ul><li>
Supplier Relations &amp; Account Management:<ul><li>
Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers to ensure quality service, timely delivery, and cost efficiency.</li><li>
Act as a point of contact between suppliers and internal teams for order updates, issue resolution, and escalations.</li></ul></li></ul> 
<ul><li>
Sourcing &amp; Quoting:</li><li>
Support sourcing activities by obtaining quotes, comparing supplier pricing, and analyzing cost competitiveness.</li><li>
Assist in supplier evaluations and selection processes based on cost, quality, and delivery performance.</li></ul> 
<ul><li>
Pricing &amp; Cost Management:</li><li>
Maintain accurate pricing records and update ERP system accordingly.</li><li>
Monitor commodity costs and market trends to support purchasing decisions.</li><li>
Participate in cost-saving initiatives and negotiations with suppliers.</li></ul> 
<ul><li>
Operational Support:</li><li>
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, production, engineering, and finance) to align purchasing activities with business needs.</li><li>
Track supplier performance metrics and escalate issues as needed.</li><li>
Assist with inventory management by coordinating purchase schedules with demand forecasts.</li></ul> 
Qualifications:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).</li><li>
1&ndash;3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain roles.</li><li>
Proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP required).</li><li>
Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.</li><li>
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).</li></ul> 
Preferred Skills:<ul><li>
Experience in commodity purchasing and quoting.</li><li>
Knowledge of contract terms and vendor negotiation.</li><li>
Exposure to manufacturing, electronics, or distribution industries (a plus).</li></ul></div>
