<li>Assess and manage residents experiencing changes in condition</li>
<li>Collaborate with nursing staff, therapists, specialists, and facility leadership</li>
<li>Supervise and support NP/PA clinicians as appropriate</li>
<li>Participate in quality and patient care initiatives</li>
