TempExperts is seeking an experienced Legal Administrative Assistant to support a busy IP Litigation team in Tampa, FL. This role is ideal for candidates with strong litigation background in federal and state court, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage complex legal administrative tasks in a fast-paced law firm environment.
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>E-file documents with Federal and Florida State Courts.
</li><li>Manage attorney calendars, including scheduling client meetings, hearings, and deadlines.
</li><li>Draft, proofread, and edit legal documents and correspondence for accuracy and compliance.
</li><li>Organize and maintain client files, both electronic and physical.
</li><li>Assist with discovery, document management, hearing preparation, and trial support.
</li><li>Review and edit pre-bills, coordinate invoicing, and handle billing-related questions.
</li><li>Submit new business intake, conduct conflicts checks, and manage matter openings/closings.
</li><li>Provide administrative support including correspondence, expense reports, CLE tracking, and file management.
</li><li>Answer and route client and internal calls, ensuring professional communication.
</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>Minimum of three (3) years of litigation experience in a law firm setting.
</li><li>Trial preparation and federal court experience highly preferred.
</li><li>IP litigation or trademark experience a plus.
</li><li>High school diploma required; additional education or certification preferred.
</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office; iManage and Aderant experience a plus.
</li><li>Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
</li><li>Willingness to work extra hours as needed.

TempExperts is seeking a skilled Family Law Paralegal/Legal Assistant to support attorneys in a busy Tampa practice. This hybrid role combines paralegal responsibilities with administrative support, offering an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional experienced in litigation and family law matters.
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Draft and edit motions, pleadings, orders, notices, and correspondence.
</li><li>File legal documents in state, federal, and appellate courts.
</li><li>Prepare and respond to discovery requests, including interrogatories and subpoenas.
</li><li>Organize, index, and maintain case files and documents.
</li><li>Assist in preparation for depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
</li><li>Create trial exhibits, notebooks, and witness subpoenas.
</li><li>Proofread and cite-check legal documents.
</li><li>Shepardize cases and conduct occasional legal research.
</li><li>Maintain attorney calendars and manage deadlines.
</li><li>Communicate with clients, experts, and attorneys as needed.
</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree, paralegal certification, or equivalent combination of education/experience.
</li><li>Minimum 3 years of family law paralegal experience.
</li><li>Knowledge of family law, civil procedures, and electronic filing systems.
</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook; working knowledge of Excel and e-discovery.
</li><li>Strong communication, drafting, and organizational skills.
</li><li>Ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
</li><li>Professionalism, attention to detail, and strong client service skills.
