Logistics Coordinator (Healthcare Technology)

TempExperts is hiring two detail-oriented Logistics Coordinators to support a fast-growing healthcare technology organization in Clearwater. This is an immediate need for a short-term project, with the potential to extend based on business demands. 
 
What You&rsquo;ll Do 
Coordinate the printing, packaging, and shipment of ID badges 
Track and document shipment details and key data accurately 
Ensure timely delivery and proper handling of outgoing materials 
Maintain organized records of orders, shipments, and inventory 
Support day-to-day logistics and administrative functions 
 
What We&rsquo;re Looking For 
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines 
Basic computer skills and data entry experience 
Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented 
Previous logistics, shipping/receiving, or administrative experience preferred

<ul><li>Communicate with patients regarding appointments, scheduling updates, and program participation
</li><li>Schedule and reschedule rehab sessions while ensuring proper clinical coverage
</li><li>Coordinate with Rehab Specialists, Clinical Leads, Dieticians, and medical staff
</li><li>Assist with onboarding patients and educating them on program expectations and equipment
</li><li>Support intake processes, including guidance on monitoring devices (EKG, pulse oximeter, blood pressure cuff)
</li><li>Troubleshoot basic technical issues during virtual sessions and coordinate with IT as needed
</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation in EMR systems
</li><li>Help improve scheduling workflows and patient experience processes
</li><li>Develop contingency plans for staffing gaps or scheduling conflicts
</li><li>Deliver excellent customer service to a diverse patient population
</li><li>Support program improvement initiatives and additional duties as assigned
</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">What We&rsquo;re Looking For</h3>
<ul><li>5+ years of Medical Assistant or similar clinical support experience
</li><li>2+ years of scheduling or care coordination experience
</li><li>Cardiology or cardiac rehab experience preferred
</li><li>Experience working with EMR systems
</li><li>Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment
</li><li>Comfortable working onsite in Clearwater, FL
</li><li>Strong patient-focused and compassionate mindset
