No evenings or midweek commitments required&mdash;this is an ideal opportunity for educators, parents, or ministry enthusiasts looking to make a meaningful impact in a supportive church environment.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and deliver engaging, age-appropriate Sunday school lessons based on Christian Scripture, tailored to children ages 3&ndash;7 (e.g., incorporating stories, crafts, songs, and interactive activities).</li><li>Manage a small classroom group (up to 3&ndash;10 children), ensuring a safe, inclusive, and fun atmosphere during the 10:00 AM&ndash;12:00 PM service time.</li><li>Coordinate setup and cleanup of classroom materials, including props, snacks, and supplies.</li><li>Collaborate with church staff and parents to communicate lesson themes and provide feedback on children's spiritual growth.</li><li>Occasionally assist with special events, like holiday-themed sessions, while keeping the focus on weekly Sundays.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>A committed Christian faith and personal relationship with Jesus Christ.</li><li>Experience working with young children (ages 3&ndash;7), such as in teaching, childcare, or children's ministry (volunteer experience welcome).</li><li>Strong communication skills and creativity in lesson planning; familiarity with Bible stories and child development principles is a plus.</li><li>Ability to pass a background check (required for child safety).</li><li>Reliable, punctual, and enthusiastic&mdash;energy for play-based learning is essential!</li><li>No formal degree required, but early childhood education certification or equivalent is preferred.</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hourWork Location: In person
