 is building global consumer brands, with operations in Europe, Egypt, Dubai and the USA. We&rsquo;re now looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to own our paid media growth engine and help scale us to the next level.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Your Role
 
 
 
 As our Performance Marketing Manager, you&rsquo;ll take full ownership of paid acquisition and performance marketing across all digital channels. You&rsquo;ll be both strategic and hands-on &mdash; running campaigns, analyzing data, and optimizing funnels to deliver growth with strong ROI.
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Plan, launch, and scale paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, TikTok, and YouTube.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage ad budgets with a focus on ROAS, CAC, LTV, and MER.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with creative team to test new ad concepts (UGC, video, static, story formats).
 </li>
 <li>
 Own tracking &amp; attribution: pixels, UTMs, server-side tracking, Shopify integrations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Optimize landing pages, bundles, and conversion funnels in Shopify.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop dashboards and reports to monitor performance, share insights, and recommend actions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with founders and growth team to scale our Brands internationally (EU + US).
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Requirements
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 4+ years in Performance Marketing / Paid Media, with a focus on eCommerce/DTC.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven success managing Shopify-based brands and scaling paid acquisition budgets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads &mdash; data-driven, not just agency reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of tracking &amp; attribution (GA4, Triple Whale, Northbeam, or similar).
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable with KPIs like CAC, LTV, ROAS, MER.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with Klaviyo / retention flows is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analytical mindset &mdash; loves testing, iterating, and scaling what works.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communicator in English.
 </li>
