Job Title: Maintenance Engineer (Rotating/Static Equipment)Company: Tenet Indo Location: Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia Employment Type: Full-time / Contract (hourly) Rate: SAR 80&ndash;110 per hour (depending on experience)About Us Tenet Indo-REGISTERED is an engineering and maintenance services firm supporting industrial assets across oil &amp; gas, petrochemical, and utility sectors with a focus on reliability and safe operations.Role Overview We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer experienced with rotating and static equipment to lead maintenance planning, troubleshooting, and reliability improvement activities. The role will ensure equipment availability, optimize preventive and corrective maintenance, and support safe, cost-effective operations.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop, implement, and oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs for rotating (pumps, compressors, turbines, motors) and static (vessels, heat exchangers, piping, tanks) equipment.</li><li>Perform root-cause failure analysis (RCFA) and lead corrective action implementation.</li><li>Plan and supervise mechanical overhauls, alignment, balancing, and shop/field repairs.</li><li>Coordinate condition monitoring activities (vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis) and act on findings.</li><li>Prepare work orders, maintenance schedules, spare-parts lists, and rotables management plans.</li><li>Support shutdowns/turnarounds: scope definition, manpower planning, execution oversight, and post-shutdown reports.</li><li>Ensure maintenance activities comply with HSE standards and company procedures.</li><li>Liaise with operations, procurement, and engineering for equipment upgrades, reliability projects, and technical specifications.</li><li>Maintain maintenance records, KPI tracking (MTBF, MTTR, availability), and continuous improvement initiatives.</li><li>Provide technical training and mentorship to maintenance technicians.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.</li><li>Minimum 5 years&rsquo; experience in rotating and static equipment maintenance, preferably in oil &amp; gas, petrochemical, or heavy industry.</li><li>Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, bearings, seals, gearboxes, couplings, alignment, and welding/fit-up practices.</li><li>Experience with condition monitoring tools and interpretation (vibration, thermography, oil analysis).</li><li>Familiarity with CMMS (SAP, MAXIMO or equivalent) for work-order management.</li><li>Proven experience in turnaround/shutdown planning and execution.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.</li><li>Good communication skills in English; Arabic is advantageous.</li><li>Certifications such as API, ISO, or specialized reliability/condition-monitoring credentials are a plus.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive hourly rate: SAR 80&ndash;110 (based on experience and qualifications).</li><li>Exposure to major industrial projects, professional development, and a safety-focused work environment.</li></ul>How to Apply Send your CV and a brief cover letter to finance@tenetindo.net with the subject line: &ldquo;Maintenance Engineer (Rotating/Static Equipment) Application &mdash; [Your Name]&rdquo;.الراتب المدفوع: ﷼٨٠٫١٠&nbsp;لكل ساعةموقع العمل: على الطريق
