Job descriptionJob Summary: we are looking to hire an experienced Business Analyst/Technical Writer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting research, analyzing data, and documenting technical processes, products, and services in a clear and concise manner. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all documentation meets the needs of the business and end-users.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct research and analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement</li><li>Create clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation including user manuals, help guides, system specifications, and other product documentation</li><li>Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand the product and service offerings and ensure all documentation meets business and user needs</li><li>Collaborate with software development teams to ensure documentation is up-to-date with product releases and updates</li><li>Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for development teams</li><li>Create diagrams, flowcharts, and other visual aids to enhance the clarity of technical documentation</li><li>Participate in project planning, estimating, and scheduling activities</li><li>Test and validate documentation for accuracy, completeness, and usability.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in computer science</li><li>2+ years of experience in technical writing, business analysis, or a related field</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams</li><li>Experience with documentation tools such as Microsoft Word, Confluence, or SharePoint</li><li>Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall</li><li>Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is a plus</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time and onsiteTimings: 9:00 AM-5:00 PMLocation: Main Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi.Job Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have a degree in Computer Sciences?</li><li>What is your expected salary?</li><li>Are you comfortable in working onsite?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Technical Writer/business analyst: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
