Senior Technical Writer/Business Analyst

Job Summary: we are looking to hire an experienced Business Analyst/Technical Writer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting research, analyzing data, and documenting technical processes, products, and services in a clear and concise manner. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all documentation meets the needs of the business and end-users.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
• Create clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation including user manuals, help guides, system specifications, and other product documentation
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand the product and service offerings and ensure all documentation meets business and user needs
• Collaborate with software development teams to ensure documentation is up-to-date with product releases and updates
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for development teams
• Create diagrams, flowcharts, and other visual aids to enhance the clarity of technical documentation
• Participate in project planning, estimating, and scheduling activities
• Test and validate documentation for accuracy, completeness, and usability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science
• 2+ years of experience in technical writing, business analysis, or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Experience with documentation tools such as Microsoft Word, Confluence, or SharePoint
• Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is a plus

Timings: 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
