Job Title: MS Office Specialist (Documentation)

Location: Baloch Pull, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi
Timings:

  • During Ramadan: 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM
  • After Ramadan: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Joining: Immediate

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented MS Office Specialist (Documentation) to manage company documentation, official correspondence, emails, and paperwork. The candidate must have strong command over Microsoft Office and excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to official emails professionally
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, tender documents, and official letters
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing system (soft & hard copies)
  • Draft reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Record keeping and data entry with accuracy
  • Coordinate internally for documentation related tasks
  • Maintain confidential records and company documents

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong documentation and formatting skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Minimum 1–2 years relevant experience preferred
  • Graduate preferred

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
