Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented MS Office Specialist (Documentation) to manage company documentation, official correspondence, emails, and paperwork. The candidate must have strong command over Microsoft Office and excellent organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to official emails professionally
- Prepare quotations, proposals, tender documents, and official letters
- Maintain proper documentation and filing system (soft & hard copies)
- Draft reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Record keeping and data entry with accuracy
- Coordinate internally for documentation related tasks
- Maintain confidential records and company documents
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong documentation and formatting skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Minimum 1–2 years relevant experience preferred
- Graduate preferred

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
