As we continue to grow, we are looking for a driven and resourceful individual to join our team in a key operational role.About the RoleThis is a dynamic, field-based management assistant position supporting our Installation Manager across multiple business streams including refrigeration, HVAC, EV charging infrastructure, and emerging energy efficiency products. No two days are the same. You will be conducting energy audits, coordinating with installers, visiting job sites, and playing a hands-on role in keeping projects moving from start to finish. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow with a company and take on increasing responsibility over time.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct field audits and surveys of commercial locations including rooftop HVAC units, hot water tanks, boilers, and other energy systems &mdash; documenting equipment model numbers and conditions with photosAssist in managing a team of field installers &mdash; supporting scheduling, answering operational questions, and ensuring jobs are running smoothlyAccompany energy company inspectors on site visits to verify equipment documentationConduct pre and post installation site visits &mdash; documenting site conditions through photos and videoCoordinate with internal teams including sales, purchasing, and administrative staffSupport project coordination for refrigeration, HVAC, EV charging, and other energy efficiency projectsUtilize company technology platforms including Monday.com, Google Drive, Google Calendar, and WhatsApp for job tracking and communicationWhat We're Looking ForPrior management or supervisory experience is required &mdash; you will be assisting in managing a field team and coordinating multiple projects simultaneouslyBasic knowledge of HVAC and or commercial refrigeration systems is strongly preferredStrong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyA people person &mdash; outgoing, professional, and comfortable communicating with clients, inspectors, and team membersComfortable working with technology and open to using AI tools to improve efficiencyPhysically fit and comfortable working at heights (rooftop inspections) and in confined spaces (basements, utility closets, above drop ceilings)Must have a valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicleMust be based in or willing to travel throughout Greater New Jersey Area and Eastern PAA self-starter who takes initiative and isn't afraid to learn new thingsWhat We OfferCompetitive salary with growth potential based on performance (75,000 to 85,000 dollars per year)Travel allowanceOpportunity to grow within an expanding companyHands-on training and all necessary tools providedExposure to large-scale commercial energy projects and emerging technologiesA collaborative and supportive team environmentPay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: On the road
