Key Responsibilities&middot; Oversee daily maintenance operations for machinery and facilities.&middot; Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to maximize uptime.&middot; Supervise, train, and evaluate maintenance technicians.&middot; Conduct facility inspections and address equipment issues promptly.&middot; Record and report on maintenance activities to management.&middot; Manage inventory of spare parts and maintenance tools, ensuring availability.&middot; Coordinate maintenance tasks with other departments for production priorities.&middot; Ensure compliance with industry safety standards and company procedures.Required Skills and Qualifications&middot; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (diploma in some cases).&middot; &lsquo;B&rsquo; or &lsquo;C&rsquo; license must&middot; At least 3&ndash;7 years&rsquo; experience in industrial plant or manufacturing maintenance.&middot; Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.&middot; Proven experience in preventive maintenance and equipment management.&middot; Good communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.&middot; Proficiency with maintenance management systems and basic computer skills.Typical Duties&middot; Lead, motivate, and guide maintenance staff to achieve department goals.&middot; Delegate maintenance tasks and monitor workflow and timely completion.&middot; Plan and oversee installation, repair, and ongoing equipment upkeep.&middot; Interact with vendors and service providers for maintenance contracts and services.&middot; Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulatory standards.&middot; Track maintenance budgets, optimize resources, and report cost-effectiveness.Essential KPIs&middot; Downtime reduction and mean time between failures (MTBF).&middot; Equipment uptime percentage.&middot; Maintenance cost to production ratio.&middot; Compliance with preventive maintenance schedules.&middot; Safety incident rates within the maintenance department.Contact: 8682827205 (Kamal - HR)Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;18,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
