OverviewWe are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team at a high-end tequila and craft cocktail bar. The ideal candidate is passionate about mixology&mdash;especially working with premium tequilas&mdash;and committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, energetic setting.As a Bartender, you will craft elevated cocktails, assist with our self-pour beer wall system, and help create a welcoming and memorable atmosphere for every guest.If not already certified, we will cover the cost of your serving license.Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and serve craft cocktails according to standard recipes and guest preferences.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all tools, glassware, and equipment are properly sanitized and stocked.</li><li>Efficiently process customer orders using the POS system, including Toast POS, and accurately handle cash and card transactions.</li><li>Engage with guests to deliver exceptional service, answering questions about drink selections, menu items, and tequila offerings.</li><li>Monitor alcohol consumption responsibly and adhere to all safety, serving, and handling regulations.</li><li>Stay informed on new menu items, including premium tequilas and rotating beers on the self-pour beer wall, to better support and educate guests.</li></ul>Experience &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Prior bartending experience in a high-end or craft cocktail environment is highly preferred.</li><li>Strong knowledge of spirits, especially tequila and agave-based cocktails; should be comfortable assisting customers with the self-pour beer wall system, including setting up access cards.</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems is required; experience with Toast POS is preferred.</li><li>Demonstrated skill in craft cocktail preparation, presentation, and drink consistency.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a team-driven, fast-paced setting.</li><li>Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and occasional weekdays as needed.</li><li>Must provide references from previous bar or hospitality positions.</li></ul>Join us in delivering memorable experiences through exceptional service and expertly crafted beverages!Job Type: Part-timePay: From $12.00 per hourExperience:<ul><li>Cocktail: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>West Bend, WI 53090 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
