Experienced Bartender

Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team at a high-end tequila and craft cocktail bar. The ideal candidate is passionate about mixology—especially working with premium tequilas—and committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, energetic setting.

As a Bartender, you will craft elevated cocktails, assist with our self-pour beer wall system, and help create a welcoming and memorable atmosphere for every guest.If not already certified, we will cover the cost of your serving license.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve craft cocktails according to standard recipes and guest preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all tools, glassware, and equipment are properly sanitized and stocked.
• Efficiently process customer orders using the POS system, including Toast POS, and accurately handle cash and card transactions.
• Engage with guests to deliver exceptional service, answering questions about drink selections, menu items, and tequila offerings.
• Monitor alcohol consumption responsibly and adhere to all safety, serving, and handling regulations.
• Stay informed on new menu items, including premium tequilas and rotating beers on the self-pour beer wall, to better support and educate guests.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Prior bartending experience in a high-end or craft cocktail environment is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, especially tequila and agave-based cocktails; should be comfortable assisting customers with the self-pour beer wall system, including setting up access cards.
• Familiarity with POS systems is required; experience with Toast POS is preferred.
• Demonstrated skill in craft cocktail preparation, presentation, and drink consistency.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a team-driven, fast-paced setting.
• Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and occasional weekdays as needed.
• Must provide references from previous bar or hospitality positions.
