 Qualifications
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Labor Economics, Psychology, or a related field,
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of 8 years of Human Resources experience in investment, banking, finance, or related industries,
 </li>
 <li>
 Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills,
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication skills, team-oriented, and solution-focused,
 </li>
 <li>
 Able to manage change with a people-oriented approach,
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in MS Office applications; preferably experienced with HR software,
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent command of English.
 </li>

 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage and continuously improve the end-to-end recruitment, interview, and onboarding processes of the assigned company/companies,
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure the effective implementation of HR policies, procedures, and processes,
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage the performance management process; implement evaluations, feedback, and career development plans,
 </li>
 <li>
 Design and implement projects to improve organizational development, employee experience, and engagement,
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance of all HR processes with legal regulations and labor law,
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop strategic HR solutions aligned with business unit goals and effectively fulfill the role of a &ldquo;business partner.&rdquo;
 </li>
