Executive Assistant

At Tera Holding , we are looking for a Executive Assistant to join our team in Ankara ,Turkey.


GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS


  • Bachelor’s degree from relevant departments of universities such as Business Administration, Public Relations, İnternational Relations or Translation and Interpreting
  • Minimum 6 years of experience as a Executive Assistant
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Strong skills in reporting, planning, and organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong team player with a proactive mindset
  • Able to adapt to flexible working hours within a fast-paced work environment
  • No travel restrictions (includes both domestic and international travels)


JOB DESCRIPTION


  • Organizing and monitoring the Executive’s daily agenda and workflow
  • Managing and coordinating the Executive’s internal and external communications
  • Managing the Executive’s travel itineraries
  • Attending meetings when required, taking meeting minutes, and preparing reports
  • Tracking approval processes for internal and external documents submitted to the Executive
  • Welcoming and hosting guests
  • Managing meeting and appointment requests and taking action in line with the Executive’s decisions
  • Preparing management reports, presentations, correspondence, and following up on related processes in line with executive requests
  • Screening incoming calls, requests, and inquiries and escalating relevant matters
