GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree from relevant departments of universities such as Business Administration, Public Relations, İnternational Relations or Translation and Interpreting
-
Minimum 6 years of experience as a Executive Assistant

Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
-
Proficient in MS Office applications
-
Strong skills in reporting, planning, and organization

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
Strong team player with a proactive mindset
-
Able to adapt to flexible working hours within a fast-paced work environment

No travel restrictions (includes both domestic and international travels)
JOB DESCRIPTION
-
Organizing and monitoring the Executive’s daily agenda and workflow
-
Managing and coordinating the Executive’s internal and external communications
-
Managing the Executive’s travel itineraries
-
Attending meetings when required, taking meeting minutes, and preparing reports
-
Tracking approval processes for internal and external documents submitted to the Executive
-
Welcoming and hosting guests
-
Managing meeting and appointment requests and taking action in line with the Executive’s decisions
-
Preparing management reports, presentations, correspondence, and following up on related processes in line with executive requests
-
Screening incoming calls, requests, and inquiries and escalating relevant matters
