We are looking for a highly skilled email marketer with proven experience in setting up, managing, and scaling cold email campaigns using platforms such as Instantly, Smartlead, or similar tools.This role requires someone who understands deliverability, infrastructure, and performance &mdash; not just sending emails.Work Schedule-Standard hours: 9:00 AM &ndash; 6:00 PM PKT (Monday&ndash;Saturday) -Friday flexibility for prayer breaks. -Remote-first culture with tools like Slack, Zoho, and Jira.What We Offer-Competitive salary.-Internet allowance -100% remote-first work environment. -Opportunity to work on global products serving international clients. -Career growth and exposure to advanced AI-driven and automation-based platforms. -Collaborative and supportive team culture.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Set up and manage cold email campaigns end-to-end</li><li>Configure domains, inboxes, and sending infrastructure</li><li>Monitor and optimise deliverability and inbox placement</li><li>Manage sequences, A/B testing, and campaign performance</li><li>Track replies and continuously improve results</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience with Instantly, Smartlead, or similar platforms</li><li>Strong understanding of email deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, warming, etc.)</li><li>Experience managing high-volume campaigns</li><li>Ability to troubleshoot and optimise performance quickly</li><li>Results-driven with clear examples of past success</li></ul>Nice to Have<ul><li>Experience with lead generation and B2B outreach</li><li>Familiarity with cold email compliance and best practices</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Immediate start</li><li>Ongoing work with consistent campaigns</li><li>Fast-moving environment</li></ul>If you have real experience and can deliver results, apply now.
