Email Marketing Specialist (Cold Outreach – Instantly / Smartlead / Similar) Immediate Start

We are looking for a highly skilled email marketer with proven experience in setting up, managing, and scaling cold email campaigns using platforms such as Instantly, Smartlead, or similar tools.

This role requires someone who understands deliverability, infrastructure, and performance — not just sending emails.

Work Schedule

-Standard hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PKT (Monday–Saturday)
-Friday flexibility for prayer breaks.
-Remote-first culture with tools like Slack, Zoho, and Jira.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and manage cold email campaigns end-to-end
• Configure domains, inboxes, and sending infrastructure
• Monitor and optimise deliverability and inbox placement
• Manage sequences, A/B testing, and campaign performance
• Track replies and continuously improve results

Requirements

• Proven experience with Instantly, Smartlead, or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of email deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, warming, etc.)
• Experience managing high-volume campaigns
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimise performance quickly
• Results-driven with clear examples of past success

Nice to Have

• Experience with lead generation and B2B outreach
• Familiarity with cold email compliance and best practices
