Qualifications:<ul><li>
Minimum of two years of experience in graphic design, social media, or related marketing roles, supported by a strong and relevant portfolio.</li><li>
Highly computer-proficient, with confidence using the software and tools required to successfully perform the role.</li><li>
Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.</li><li>
Solid understanding of print media specifications, responsive digital design, and large-format advertising.</li><li>
Working knowledge of analyzing, interpreting, and optimizing digital and marketing performance data.</li><li>
Bright, upbeat, and energetic, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>
Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency, a proactive mindset, and a genuine desire to learn and grow with the organization.</li><li>
Well-versed in social media platforms and committed to staying current on trends, best practices, and emerging media innovations.</li><li>
Creative and forward-thinking, bringing fresh ideas, innovative solutions, and strategic vision to the table.</li><li>
Exceptional attention to detail, with strong grammar, spelling, proofreading, and content-review skills.</li><li>
