Qualifications:
  • Minimum of two years of experience in graphic design, social media, or related marketing roles, supported by a strong and relevant portfolio.
  • Highly computer-proficient, with confidence using the software and tools required to successfully perform the role.
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
  • Solid understanding of print media specifications, responsive digital design, and large-format advertising.
  • Working knowledge of analyzing, interpreting, and optimizing digital and marketing performance data.
  • Bright, upbeat, and energetic, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency, a proactive mindset, and a genuine desire to learn and grow with the organization.
  • Well-versed in social media platforms and committed to staying current on trends, best practices, and emerging media innovations.
  • Creative and forward-thinking, bringing fresh ideas, innovative solutions, and strategic vision to the table.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with strong grammar, spelling, proofreading, and content-review skills.
  • Management experience is highly valued and will be strongly considered.
  • Highly organized with excellent time-management skills, able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects efficiently.
  • A motivated self-starter and problem solver who works well independently while contributing to overall team success.
