Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Stocker / Cashier, where you'll play a vital role in creating an inviting shopping environment for our customers. In this energetic position, you will ensure shelves are well-stocked, organized, and appealing while delivering exceptional customer service at the checkout counter.Duties<ul><li>Stock shelves efficiently, ensuring products are properly displayed and organized according to merchandising standards</li><li>Assist customers with product inquiries, providing product demos when applicable to enhance their shopping experience</li><li>Handle cash, credit card transactions, and cash handling procedures with precision and integrity</li><li>Maintain clean and organized checkout areas, ensuring excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone</li><li>Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining a friendly demeanor</li><li>Support merchandising efforts by setting up promotional displays and restocking items as needed</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Supervising experience is a plus, especially in retail or grocery store environments</li><li>Bilingual skills are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs effectively</li><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers confidently and clearly</li><li>Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and transaction accuracy</li><li>Customer service-oriented attitude with a focus on creating positive shopping experiences</li><li>Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate loads throughout shifts in a fast-paced grocery store setting</li></ul>Join us and become part of a lively team dedicated to delivering outstanding service while sharpening your expertise!Pay: $23.43 - $27.80 per hourWork Location: In person
