<ul><li>10+ years of automation and Quality Engineering experience.</li>
<li>Strong hands-on expertise in <b>UiPath Test Cloud/Test Suite and/or Tricentis Tosca</b>.</li>
<li>Practical experience designing and implementing <b>Agentic AI or AI-enabled testing solutions</b>.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, vector databases, prompt engineering and agent orchestration.</li>
<li>Experience with one or more agent frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen or Semantic Kernel.</li>
<li>Strong programming capability in Python, Java, C# or JavaScript.</li>
<li>Experience with API, web, mobile, desktop and enterprise application automation.</li>
<li>Knowledge of CI/CD platforms such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions or GitLab.</li>
<li>Experience with cloud platforms including Azure, AWS or Google Cloud.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of test data, service virtualisation, observability and reporting.</li>
<li>Excellent problem-solving, communication and stakeholder-management skills.</li>
<li>UiPath Test Automation Engineer or Tricentis certifications.</li>
<li>Experience with qTest, NeoLoad, Testim, SeaLights or Tosca Data Integrity.</li>
<li>Experience with MCP, AI observability, LLM evaluation and responsible AI frameworks.</li>
<li>Experience developing automation solutions for regulated industries.</li>
<li>Experience leading architecture for multi-country or large enterprise programmes.</li></ul></div>
