Automation Architect – UiPath Test Cloud, Tricentis and Agentic Testing

Job Description:

• 10+ years of automation and Quality Engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in UiPath Test Cloud/Test Suite and/or Tricentis Tosca.
• Practical experience designing and implementing Agentic AI or AI-enabled testing solutions.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, vector databases, prompt engineering and agent orchestration.
• Experience with one or more agent frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen or Semantic Kernel.
• Strong programming capability in Python, Java, C# or JavaScript.
• Experience with API, web, mobile, desktop and enterprise application automation.
• Knowledge of CI/CD platforms such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions or GitLab.
• Experience with cloud platforms including Azure, AWS or Google Cloud.
• Strong understanding of test data, service virtualisation, observability and reporting.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• UiPath Test Automation Engineer or Tricentis certifications.
• Experience with qTest, NeoLoad, Testim, SeaLights or Tosca Data Integrity.
• Experience with MCP, AI observability, LLM evaluation and responsible AI frameworks.
• Experience developing automation solutions for regulated industries.
• Experience leading architecture for multi-country or large enterprise programmes.
