 Role Overview:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 We&rsquo;re hiring a Manager &ndash; Pre-Sales to lead our global pre-sales function, deliver customer success during POCs, and partner with Sales, Product &amp; Solutions teams to accelerate growth. This role blends technical expertise, leadership, and strategy in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead and mentor a pre-sales team to deliver world-class experiences.
 </li>
 <li>
 Own the pre-sales cycle: discovery, demos, POCs, ROI, deal support.
 </li>
 <li>
 Define scalable frameworks, playbooks, and collateral.
 </li>
 <li>
 Engage senior stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with Product to share insights and shape the roadmap.
 </li>
 <li>
 Represent Testsigma in workshops, webinars, and industry events.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 8&ndash;12 yrs in Pre-Sales/Technical Sales Engineering, with 3+ yrs in leadership.
 </li>
 <li>
 B2B SaaS experience (test automation/DevOps preferred).
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Preferred:
 
 Understanding of testing methodologies and familiarity with automation tools (Selenium, Appium, Cucumber, Rest Assured).
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins) and basic coding in Java, Python, Ruby, or JS.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
 </li>
 </ul>
