Join a growing, community-focused painting company as our next Local Neighborhood MarketingSpecialist.We&rsquo;re looking for a motivated, field-first professional to lead hyperlocal marketing efforts&mdash;connectingdirectly with neighborhoods through door-to-door appointment setting, flyer delivery coordination,yard sign placement, and community outreach. This is a boots-on-the-ground marketing role forsomeone who loves engaging with people and making a visible impact.What You&rsquo;ll DoNeighborhood Marketing &amp; Local Outreach (25&ndash;30 hrs/wk)Door-to-Door Appointment Setting<ul><li>Set qualified appointments by speaking directly with homeowners in local neighborhoods.</li><li>Represent our services with professionalism and confidence.</li><li>Track routes, appointments, and results to evaluate campaign performance.</li></ul>Flyer Team Leadership<ul><li>Recruit, train, and lead a flyer delivery team (6&ndash;8 people).</li><li>Assign weekly routes by zip code and ensure targeted coverage.</li><li>Track flyer counts and team performance using GPS and scorecards.</li><li>Complete your own routes weekly to lead by example.</li><li>Coordinate with our marketing team to align flyer design and goals</li></ul>Yard Sign Program<ul><li>Direct the placement of signs in strategic, high-visibility areas.</li><li>Maintain inventory and track placements weekly.</li><li>Follow yard sign maps and sync timing with flyer and mail drops.</li></ul>Tactic Coordination<ul><li>Ensure flyer delivery, door-knocking, and yard signs are planned in sync with direct mailcampaigns.</li><li>Work closely with our Fractional Marketing team (Aleph) to select neighborhoods and avoid over-saturation.</li></ul>Digital &amp; Brand Marketing Support (2&ndash;5 hrs/wk)<ul><li>Post updates and local content to Facebook and Instagram (project photos, customer wins, etc.).</li><li>Keep our Google Business Profile fresh with new jobsite photos, updates, and communityinvolvement.</li><li>Scout local events, HOA meetings, and community networking opportunities for our sales team toattend.</li><li>Occasionally attend home shows and events to represent the brand.</li></ul>Meetings &amp; Reporting (2&ndash;5 hrs/wk)<ul><li>Attend weekly planning meetings with the Owner or Integrator.</li><li>Join bi-weekly marketing strategy sessions.</li><li>Track and report on marketing KPIs including flyer count, appointments set, and teamperformance.</li></ul>What You&rsquo;ll Get<ul><li>Competitive Base Salary + Performance Bonuses</li><li>(based on weekly/monthly lead and appointment targets)</li><li>Flexible Vacation Time</li><li>A collaborative, family-oriented culture</li><li>Opportunities to grow with a mission-driven company</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Strong communicator who enjoys face-to-face engagement</li><li>Comfortable going door-to-door and leading field efforts</li><li>Organized and reliable, with strong follow-through</li><li>Experience in sales, grassroots marketing, canvassing, or team leadership a plus</li><li>Self-motivated and energized by being outdoors and active in the community</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per yearExpected hours: 25 &ndash; 30 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>On-the-job training</li><li>Opportunities for advancement</li><li>Paid training</li></ul>Work Location: In person
