Seeking a Marketing Admin for our practice who provides administrative expertise to ensure all patients receive high quality, efficient care. What you will do in this role:<ul><li>
Provides administrative support to Marketing Director and sales team</li></ul><ul><li>
Maintains department&rsquo;s budget</li><li>
Scheduling and manage Director&rsquo;s calendar</li><li>
Build relationships and interacts with magazines and other print ad vendors</li><li>
Manage positive relationships with all marketing vendors</li><li>
Track and monitor website revisions</li><li>
Patient scheduling in EMR, Centricity</li><li>
Manage incoming inquiries through Website</li><li>
Schedule department meetings</li><li>
Run reports as needed</li><li>
Assist patients as needed</li></ul>
