Performs highly advanced business analysis work by analyzing, developing, and improving financial reports, processes, and workflows to support the Finance Division and all its branches. Oversees the development, enhancement, and/or maintenance of information resources applications for the Department. Will work as a contributor and collaborator with the Technical Services team within the Financial Management Division. The essential duties for the General Transportation Tech I, II and III include:</b></h4><ul><li><p>
Learn to operate light equipment such as a front-end loader-one and a quarter cubic yard or less, pneumatic roller, rotary broom, spreader box, backhoe, street sweeper and mower.</p></li><p></p><li><p><br>
Assists with traffic control; places and gathers cones, warning signs and barricades; flags traffic.</p></li><p></p><li><p><br>
Assists in identifying, repairing, and installing signs, delineators, mailbox supports and posts; performs basic welding as needed; as required uses/moves equipment/tools, materials and products related to these activities.</p></li><p></p><li><p><br>
