You will assist with patient care, coordinate clinical workflows, and learn essential medical office skills. No MA certification is required.Qualifications<ul><li>Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree required</li><li>No MA certification needed</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Able to interact professionally with a diverse patient population</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Proficient typing ability</li><li>Experience with eClinicalWorks EMR preferred but not required</li><li>Must demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and eagerness to learn</li><li>No phlebotomy experience needed (we do not draw blood in the office)</li></ul>Clinical Responsibilities<ul><li>Rooming patients, obtaining chief complaint, vital signs, and medical history</li><li>Maintaining clean, organized exam rooms and ensuring adequate supplies</li><li>Preparing equipment and assisting the physician during examinations and in-office procedures</li><li>Educating patients and families about diagnostic tests and preparation</li><li>Maintaining and reviewing patient charts and related documentation</li><li>Entering orders for labs, imaging, and procedures under physician supervision</li><li>Assisting with referrals, scheduling, prescription processing, and follow-up communication</li><li>Manage patient calls related to treatment and instructions</li><li>Maintaining HIPAA compliance and protecting patient confidentiality</li><li>Handling some administrative tasks as needed</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned</li></ul>Key Success Factors<ul><li>Accurate and thorough documentation</li><li>Familiarity with HIPAA regulations</li><li>Knowledge of basic medical terminology</li><li>Warm, empathetic bedside manner</li><li>Strong teamwork and communication</li><li>High degree of professionalism and work ethic</li><li>Comfort with computers and EMR systems</li><li>Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset</li></ul>Why Join Us?
