Now we need someone who can help us tell that story to the world.THE JOBThis is a full time remote role for someone who lives and breathes social media and understands how to turn content into customers. You will run our Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube accounts, manage paid ads on Meta and Google, and help drive real revenue for a brand that people already love.We are open to all experience levels. What matters more than a resume is your passion for clean living and your ability to create content that actually connects with people.WHAT YOU WILL DO<ul><li>Grow and manage our Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube accounts</li><li>Create content for both sides of our brand including tallow skincare and cooking tallow</li><li>Post Reels, TikToks, recipe videos, tutorials, skin care demos, and lifestyle content</li><li>Build and manage a content calendar around product launches and seasonal campaigns</li><li>Respond to comments and DMs and keep our community engaged</li><li>Run paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google, and TikTok</li><li>Build audiences, retargeting segments, and lookalike audiences</li><li>Write and test ad copy and creatives to improve clicks and conversions</li><li>Manage ad budgets and report on ROAS, CPA, and revenue results</li><li>Work with influencers and creators in the clean living and natural health space</li><li>Track performance metrics and deliver regular reports with clear takeaways</li></ul>WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR<ul><li>Someone who genuinely uses or believes in clean living, tallow, or natural products</li><li>Fluent in Instagram and TikTok and understands what makes content perform</li><li>Can write warm, real copy that does not sound like an ad</li><li>Comfortable with data and willing to test and learn</li><li>Organized and able to manage multiple projects at once</li><li>Some experience managing social accounts or running digital ads is a plus but not required</li></ul>BONUS IF YOU HAVE<ul><li>Knowledge of the tallow, carnivore, keto, or clean beauty communities online</li><li>Experience with Meta Ads Manager or Google Ads</li><li>Familiarity with WooCommerce</li><li>Video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar)</li><li>Experience working with influencers or managing affiliate programs</li><li>Experience with Klaviyo or other email and SMS platforms</li></ul>PAY STRUCTUREThis is a performance based role with a guaranteed monthly floor of $1,500 so you always have a foundation. From there your pay grows with your results.
