Our mission is to provide high-quality, patient-centered care while ensuring flexibility and work-life balance for our providers.Position OverviewWe are seeking a Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) with a strong clinical background and a passion for wound care and patient well-being. This role offers the opportunity to work autonomously, providing wound care management and related services in a mobile setting.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform comprehensive assessments and treatments for acute and chronic wounds.</li><li>Develop and manage individualized wound care treatment plans.</li><li>Collaborate with nursing staff, patients, and families to ensure optimal outcomes.</li><li>Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR.</li><li>Provide patient and caregiver education on wound prevention and management.</li><li>Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams as needed.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.</li><li>Active and unrestricted Virginia medical license.</li><li>DEA license (or eligibility to obtain one).</li><li>Prior experience in Wound Care, Home Health, or Geriatric Care preferred but not required &mdash; training will be provided.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Compassionate, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.</li></ul>Schedule &amp; Compensation<ul><li>Flexible Scheduling: Full-Time or Part-Time (2&ndash;5 days per week).</li><li>Work typically ends by 5:00 PM, with no after-hours charting.</li><li>Compensation: Competitive and based on market rates and experience.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: From $150,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Professional development assistance</li><li>Relocation assistance</li></ul>People with a criminal record are encouraged to applyLicense/Certification:<ul><li>Active and unrestricted Virginia medical license (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
