Senior Merchandiser

Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Standard Setting &amp; Strategy: Develop and implement QA strategies, SOPs, and ensure compliance with industry &amp; customer standards (e.g., AQL, colorfastness, safety).</li><li>Raw Material Inspection: Inspect and approve incoming fabrics, threads, and accessories for quality and specifications.</li><li>In-Process Monitoring: Conduct inline checks during cutting, stitching, washing, and finishing for sewing quality, dimension accuracy, and color consistency.</li><li>Final Inspection: Perform final audits on finished goods for defects, fit, labeling, and packing compliance before shipment.</li><li>Problem Solving &amp; Improvement: Investigate quality issues, find root causes (like fabric defects or machine errors), implement corrective actions, and train staff.</li><li>Reporting &amp; Documentation: Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, audits, and generate reports for management review.</li><li>Customer Liaison: Work with buyers to resolve quality concerns and ensure all product requirements are met.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
