Responsibilities: - Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner - Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office - Manage and organize office files, documents, and records - Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently - Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars - Act as a personal assistant to the management team as needed - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary - Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service - Assist with organizing and coordinating office events or meetingsSkills: - Proficient in using phone systems and handling multiple phone lines - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Experience with office management software or other computerized systems - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion - Attention to detail and accuracy in performing data entry tasks - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently as well as part of a teamThis is a great opportunity for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent administrative skills.
