This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality skills in a fast-paced, energetic environment that values teamwork and professionalism.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit</li><li>Take accurate food and beverage orders using Clover</li><li>Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining presentation standards</li><li>Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities</li><li>Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently followed during food handling and service</li><li>Assist with bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and supporting kitchen staff when needed</li><li>Maintain excellent guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring satisfaction</li><li>Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately and process payments efficiently using POS systems</li><li>Support the team with food preparation tasks when necessary in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in busy environments while maintaining high-quality service</li><li>Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence</li><li>Food handling, sanitation practices, and basic math for cashiering and cash handling tasks</li><li>Knowledge of the food industry standards related to food safety, sanitation, and proper serving techniques</li><li>Culinary or kitchen experience is advantageous but not required; a willingness to learn is essential</li></ul>Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences!
