Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using Clover
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining presentation standards
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently followed during food handling and service
• Assist with bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and supporting kitchen staff when needed
• Maintain excellent guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring satisfaction
• Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately and process payments efficiently using POS systems
• Support the team with food preparation tasks when necessary in a fast-paced environment

Experience

• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in busy environments while maintaining high-quality service
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence
• Food handling, sanitation practices, and basic math for cashiering and cash handling tasks
• Knowledge of the food industry standards related to food safety, sanitation, and proper serving techniques
• Culinary or kitchen experience is advantageous but not required; a willingness to learn is essential
