 About the Role
 
 
 
 We are looking for a driven
 
 Account Manager
 
 to lead
 
 growth and operations for our key accounts
 
 in the fast-paced world of FMCG and travel retail. In this role, you&rsquo;ll be at the heart of our business ensuring product availability, managing retailer/partner relationships, streamlining operations and unlocking growth opportunities.
 
 
 As part of a high-growth startup, you&rsquo;ll work directly with leadership, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure our products move efficiently and our customers stay delighted.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and induction for all roles
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage payroll, attendance, leave, and employee records
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with labor laws and FSSAI-related HR standards
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive employee engagement, learning, and development initiatives
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle performance management and appraisal processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Address employee grievances and foster a positive workplace culture
 </li>
 <li>
 Support workforce planning for airport retail and online operations
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with department heads (accounts, logistics, business development, etc.) for manpower planning
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Requirements
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred)
 </li>
 <li>
 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in FMCG, retail, or manufacturing
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR compliance
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with HRMS/HRIS tools (Zoho People or similar preferred)
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work independently and as part of a small, dynamic team
 </li>
 <li>
 High attention to detail and integrity
 </li>
 <li>
 Prior experience in scaling teams or managing HR for a growing business is a plus
 </li>
