About the Role

We are looking for a driven Account Manager to lead growth and operations for our key accounts in the fast-paced world of FMCG and travel retail. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our business ensuring product availability, managing retailer/partner relationships, streamlining operations and unlocking growth opportunities.

As part of a high-growth startup, you’ll work directly with leadership, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure our products move efficiently and our customers stay delighted.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and induction for all roles
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Manage payroll, attendance, leave, and employee records
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and FSSAI-related HR standards
  • Drive employee engagement, learning, and development initiatives
  • Handle performance management and appraisal processes
  • Address employee grievances and foster a positive workplace culture
  • Support workforce planning for airport retail and online operations
  • Coordinate with department heads (accounts, logistics, business development, etc.) for manpower planning

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred)
  • 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in FMCG, retail, or manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR compliance
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Experience with HRMS/HRIS tools (Zoho People or similar preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small, dynamic team
  • High attention to detail and integrity
  • Prior experience in scaling teams or managing HR for a growing business is a plus
